Albert L. Bross, Jr.
Albert L. Bross, Jr. (1922-2013). Al studied at the Art Students League in New York City with Frank Vincent DuMond and G.W. Bridgeman McNulty. His paintings are not purely documentary, but an effort to convey his interpretation and understanding of nature. His land and seascapes are begun outdoors and then finished in his studio.
Al’s works are included in museum, private, and corporate collections across the country and he has held more than 100 successful one-man shows. The artist is listed in Who’s Who in American Art, Who’s Who in the East, Men of Achievement, and American Artists of Renown. He was a member of the Hudson Valley Art Association and a lifetime member of the Art Students’ League of New York.
