Dale R. Lind

Dale was born and raised in Central Massachusetts, where he attended Worcester State University and Quinsigamond College.   He served in the United States Marine Corps with Vietnam service.

Dale received his U.S Coast Guard Captain’s License and spent many days off the New England coast fishing and chartering trips for striped bass, bluefish, and giant blue-fin tuna. It is here that he realized his passion for the sea and marine life.

Dale works with New England fieldstone as his medium, (harvested from his land), and he concentrates on carving marine and sporting art subjects. In 2013, he was juried into the 34th annual International Marine Art Exhibition at the Maritime Gallery at Mystic Seaport.
