Originally from the Midwest, Robert currently lives in Connecticut. He has always been fascinated by the sea and naval history. This was greatly aided by a liberal helping of C.S. Forester’s Horatio Hornblower novels, a number of ship models and countless naval history books adorned with the art of Carl Evers.
