Memorial Day Weekend

Crack your first lobster claw of the season at Mystic Seaport’s butter-dribbling, shell-sucking, quintessentially New England Lobster Days during Memorial Day Weekend. Lobsters in the rough will be served under the Boat Shed by the Mystic Rotary Club.

Enjoy a lobster platter picnic-style while watching boats cruise down the Mystic River and listening to music of the sea. Explore exhibits and climb aboard ships. Get out on the water with a rental from our Boathouse or take a cruise aboard the 1908 steamboat Sabino. Celebrate the unofficial start to summer at Mystic Seaport!

A cash bar will be available. Museum admission is required to attend Lobster Days. Food and drink are purchased separately when on grounds.
