Yacht owners occasionally do just that and discover the benefits of participating in the Donated Boat Program at Mystic Seaport. Because of your love of the sea, Mystic Seaport is the right choice when making a decision on whether or not to donate your boat.
Contributions to Mystic Seaport support the Museum’s many and varied programs and speaks to your willingness to support maritime history and the mission of the Museum – telling the stories of America and the sea.
Tax Benefit
Mystic Seaport is a 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent permissible by law. Please contact your tax advisor to understand all circumstances surrounding your potential donation.
