Come to the Mystic Seaport Greenhouse and make your own fresh holiday wreath, customized for your home. Instruction will be provided by expert gardeners known in the local community for their special talents. (You may have seen some of their work December 7-8 at the Mystic Garden Club Greens Sale.) Take this special opportunity to benefit from expert instruction in creating your own unique wreath from start to finish.
The workshop includes instruction, greens, and frames. We believe that a simple, hand-made wreath or spray shows off the natural beauty better than one loaded with decorations, but if you want to bring a special ribbon or ornament that you would like on your front door, please feel free to bring these items and the instructors will show you how to wire them properly into your wreath.
Workshop tickets are $30 per member. Space is limited to only twelve participants so be sure to register early by calling 860.572.5322. First-come, first-served.
