Education and Programs
For more than 50 years, the Mystic Seaport Education Department has worked with teachers to provide an educational experience specially tailored to the needs of their curriculum. At present more than 29,000 students per year participate in our programs. Take a look at the videos below —"Educational Expeditions at Mystic Seaport" and NBC Connecticut's "Hands-on Learning in Mystic"— to get a feel for the Museum's programs and student involvement.
