This two-day hands-on course is for people who want to learn how to safely operate a powerboat or improve their on-the-water boat handling skills. Unlike some classes which only teach in the classroom, this class includes extensive on-the-water training.
Taught by US Powerboating™ certified powerboat instructors and approved by The National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), this course fulfills all requirements necessary to qualify for a Connecticut Safe Boating Certificate (SBC) along with most other states. Class participants who successfully complete the course may apply for their Connecticut certificate.
