Join Seamen's Inne Executive Chef Tim Quinn as he explores the growing movement of locavorism (eating exclusively from local ingredients) in a sumptuous three-dinner series. Pairing local wines with fresh ingredients from nearby fishermen, farmers and other suppliers, Quinn will prepare a series of delicious meals entirely of ingredients sourced from within 10 miles (September), 25 miles (October) and 50 miles (November).
