In our department conversation we suggested that all of the material on the current site in the top of the sidebar could be packaged as a single pdf and emailed to registered participants.

Also, is the t-shirt more appropriately offered to participants? If so, that info should also be in the information packet pdf rather than on this page.

Ship to Shore
Grades 4-9
Ship to Shore offers your students the opportunity to immerse themselves in history through exploration of Mystic Seaport’s 19th- century village by day and by staying onboard the 1882 square-rigged Joseph Conrad by night.

Each Ship to Shore program is tailored to the needs of the visiting school. Teachers can choose from topics such as “Life in a Seaport Town”, “Whaling”, “Cargoes”, and “Immigration”, among others. We can even design a program around a custom topic of your choosing! Activities include hands-on thematic workshops, Planetarium shows, chantey programs, roleplayer programs, and climbing the rigging on the Joseph Conrad (weather permitting). For more information visit www.mysticseaport.org/shiptoshore.

FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE! FOR DETAILS SEE PAGE 4.
