There is a charge of $30/hour for research with a one hour minimum. Payment is required before research can begin. In general, most research requests relating to vessel information can be completed within one hour. The type of information provided might include the number of passengers, the sailing routes, size, a short vessel history, and a photocopy from a shipping newspaper confirming the sailing and arrrival dates if known. You should allow 4 to 6 weeks for an answer to your question.
