CT Summer at the Museum

Governor Ned Lamont is bringing back the CT Summer at the Museum program for the 2023 season. Through this initiative, Museum admission is free to Connecticut resident children ages 18 and younger plus one accompanying adult. This program will run from Saturday, July 1st through Monday, September 4. The program provides children and families a chance to experience Mystic Seaport Museum and benefit from our programs, activities, and exhibits.

The Museum has committed to providing access to all Connecticut children for the entire duration of this program. There will be no limit to the number of free visits families may enjoy during the program, nor will there be designated time slots for visitation.

To be eligible, the children and adult must be Connecticut residents. Participants are asked to fill out a brief online form and reserve their free admission tickets in advance of their visit.

The program will run through September 4, 2023.

* Food, beverages, and premium activities like boat rides/charters, Planetarium shows, and Build a Toy Boat crafts are available for an additional fee.
