Codfish Fry at the Open Hearth

Explore the life of a fisherman through a cultural, historic, and culinary tour. You will tour a range of historic fisheries at Mystic Seaport Museum with our knowledgeable staff. Then, make your way to the Buckingham-Hall House where you will prepare some sailor-favorites over the open-hearth, including delicious codfish cakes using salt cod preserved at the Museum. Our experienced staff will guide you through the cooking process. Enjoy your fishcakes hot out of the pan, or take a couple home.
