Codfish Fry-Days at the Open Hearth

In the dreary days of winter, come warm yourself by the open hearth. Fry your own traditional codfish cakes in this hands-on experience at the historic Buckingham-Hall House. Using the locally caught cod salted and preserved here at Mystic Seaport, our staff will guide you through the process. Enjoy them hot or take a couple home with you. Served with a side of slaw. Each Fry-Day is limited to 10 participants ages 16 and older.
