Learn how to build and control your fire, how to adjust for the proper heat, and what supplies you may need to cook at home. Knowledgeable cooks will guide you as you roast, bake, stir, and sizzle, using historic techniques and receipts. This class is designed for beginners but cooks with any level of experience are welcome. All materials are provided, just bring your enthusiasm and appetite.
