The Museum remains temporarily closed for the time being as we progress through the COVID-19 pandemic. Although we do not know when we will be able to reopen and to what degree we will be able to do so, we are making decisions now about upcoming programs and events. Small Craft Workshop
The WoodenBoat Show has moved to August 14-16, 2020, but the Small Craft Workshop will still be held June 26-28, 2020. Please visit the Workshop page for more information and how to register.
We are hopeful we will be able to hold our summer camps as scheduled and are accepting registrations. Please visit our Summer Camps page for more information.
The Munson Institute
The five-week graduate summer program is cancelled for 2020.
Pirate Days (April 14-15) has been postponed. We do not have a new date scheduled, but we put together some fun piratical activities you can download and do at home. Visit our website’s Pirate Days page.
Earth Day Celebration
Our community Earth Day celebration (April 18) has been postponed. We will be participating in a digital celebration in collaboration with EARTHRISE.org on Earth Day, April 22.
SALT: Tracing Memories
This exhibition by the Japanese artist Motoi Yamamoto has been postponed to a future date and will not open on April 30 as scheduled.
Sea Music Festival
The 2020 Sea Music Festival (June 11-14) has been canceled. We look forward to hosting the event again in 2021.
