Overnight Programs

ANCHOR WATCH

Anchor Watch provides an opportunity for youth groups to experience sleeping on board the 1882 square-rigged vessel Joseph Conrad by night and to engage in hands-on activities the next day. Anchor Watch is appropriate for any youth group ages 6-18 and select programs allow scouts to achieve certain badges.

SCOUTING

Scouts can additionally earn a variety of badges, patches, and beads on special day trips to Mystic Seaport Museum.

SHIP TO SHORE

The Ship to Shore Overnight Program offers your school group the opportunity to immerse itself in American history. By exploring the Museum’s seaport village and sleeping aboard the 1882 full-rigged ship Joseph Conrad, students will experience history in a way that simply can’t be done in the classroom.

PLANETARIUM PROGRAMS

The Treworgy Planetarium offers workshops for many different levels of Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. These workshops satisfy most, or in some cases all, of the requirements for belt loops, merit badges, or Girl Scout badges.
